Thank you for using Tiqt.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our service, we invite you to review our policy on refunds.
The following terms are applicable for any services that you purchase from us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words with capitalized initials have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Tiqt, Gauteng, South Africa.
- Services refer to the subscription-based software services provided by the Company.
- Orders mean a request by you to purchase services from us.
- Website refers to Tiqt, accessible from https://tiqt-360.com.
- You means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Subscription Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note that cancellations will not result in a refund.
Refund Conditions
Refunds are only issued under the following condition:
- You have logged a formal complaint regarding the service.
In order to exercise your right to a refund, you must inform us of your complaint by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your complaint by:

We will review your complaint and, if deemed valid, will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we acknowledge your complaint. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Non-refundable Situations
The following services cannot be refunded:
- Services that have been fully rendered and utilized.
- Custom services made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Any usage beyond the initial subscription period without logging a complaint.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any service that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
